An exchange claim will only be honored if the clothing articles strictly meet the following structural conditions:
The product is faulty, stained, structurally flawed, or holds a verified manufacturing defect upon unboxing.
The size delivered does not match the dimensions requested on the finalized invoice.
The article remains entirely unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with all structural price labels, brand tags, and protective stickers firmly intact inside the original packaging wrappers.
Sale & Promotional Items: Any item secured under a clearance label, discounted tier, or active promotional sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any standard operational circumstances.
Color Discrepancies: Due to lighting alterations during studio photo sessions and systemic calibration variances on user monitors, slight color shade or textile texture deviations do not qualify as structural defects for claims.
Hygiene Limitations: Accessories, fragrances, or specific inner lining pieces are completely excluded from exchange practices.

High-resolution photos/unboxing videos clearly detailing the structural defect or sizing error.
