Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your favorite ensembles quickly and efficiently. Our nationwide processing metrics are divided by operational dispatch zones:

• Major Hubs (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 4 business days.

• Other Cities & Regional Districts: 5 to 7 business days.

• Please Note: During peak seasonal collection launches, promotional clearance events, or flash sales, delivery processing queues may extend up to 10 business days.

2. Standard Shipping Tariffs

• Flat Shipping Rate: A standard nominal shipping fee starting at Rs. 250 is applicable to all nationwide orders unless specified during free delivery promotional windows.

• Shipping Fee Non-Refundability: Any applied delivery or logistics handling tariffs are strictly non-refundable under all return loops.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Thresholds

To maintain security and compliance parameters across domestic logistics providers, our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment limit is restricted to a maximum order value threshold of PKR 49,999 per individual transaction. For cart subtotals vaulting above Rs. 50,000, secure prepaid checkout via debit/credit portals or direct bank transfers is mandatory.

4. Shipping Address Rules & Failed Attempts

Our standard package sets are assigned to premier domestic courier fulfillment agents. The shipping company will make up to two delivery attempts to your verified address routing block. If both attempts fail due to non-availability or an unverified mobile contact profile, the order will be auto-cancelled and re-routed back to our central warehouse hubs.
